If delivery is to be conducted to one of the above listed countries, then the system automatically converts the order value into net value after you have entered your personal data. Prior to this, you have the opportunity in the Shopping Cart to have the net value displayed (converted).
For deliveries in countries outside the European Union, taxes, that might accrue, and customs duty payments must be paid by you. Please consult the presiding authority (Customs) regarding the costs that might accrue for your import, this is different from country to country. Shipping costs, taxes and customs duties cannot be refunded.

We deliver free of shipping costs in Germany.
3 Euros is always invoiced for cash-on-delivery (COD) deliveries. (plus a 2 Euro money transfer fee from the Postal Service)
Europe
We deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of 250 Euros.
We invoice 5 Euros in shipping costs for amounts less than this order value.
Worldwide (outside of Europe)
We deliver free of shipping costs from an order value (net) of 250 Euros.
We invoice 10 Euros in shipping costs for amounts less than this order value.
Our shipping costs regulation is always related to the order value. Upon making out an invoice without indication of VAT, our regulation is related to the net order value.

Advance Payment
Following receipt of your order, we check the availability of the articles as quickly as possible.
We inform you via eMail of the payable amount with all of the relevant information for your bank transfer payment.
We then ship your order immediately upon receipt of payment.
Please observe that you may possibly have to assume responsibility for any accruing bank fees for us to receive the complete invoice sum.
Payment on Delivery
Payment on delivery is only possible within Germany, and there is always a 3 Euro surcharge for this service (plus a 2 Euro money transfer fee from the Postal Service).

in Europe within 6 - 10 workdays
worldwide within 10 - 14 workdays
Your order is overdue? Please notify us via eMail and we will begin looking for your order right away. We can only send a replacement delivery if there is a final result from search efforts. Within foreign countries this can last up to 6 weeks.
Within 2 weeks of receipt of the goods, your purchase can be revoked by returning the unworn, undamaged goods in the original packaging. You may try on the items, except legwear and lingerie.
Please, without exception, place a copy of your invoice in the package and mark the returned article package. Specification of reasons for return is not necessary.
Please observe:
Germany: We do not accept goods sent with shipping due. Please place the receipt covering your shipping costs in your return shipment and we will refund these costs together with the price of the goods.
Europe and Worldwide: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns from abroad. Please always pay adequate postage/shipping.
Refund ensues either on your credit card account or, upon request, credit entry on your bank account.
The onus of proof regarding the return is the responsibility of the customer (please store your delivery receipt safely).
We assume no liability for defects and damages resulting from inappropriate or improper use, failure to comply with care instructions or incorrect or negligent treatment.
